Schedule

  • Fully Remote
  • Must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
  • 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM PST with a 1-hour lunch
  • Flexibility required for occasional evening and off-hours support

What You'll Do

  • Process, manage, and analyze electronic data throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle
  • Support data loading, production creation, quality control, and database administration
  • Collaborate with case teams to deliver accurate, defensible, and timely results
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and identify effective solutions
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and client service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of eDiscovery experience
  • Proficiency with Relativity, including processing, imports/exports, analytics, imaging, OCR, and productions.
  • Experience with editing and conversion applications such as UltraEdit, Notepad++, and TextPad.
  • Experience with transcript, exhibit, and key fact management tools including Casefleet, TextMap, Legora, Everchron, and Opus2.
  • Experience using advanced text editors such as Ready Suite, Notepad++, UltraEdit, TextPad, and EM Editor
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
